Logelbach Avocats

Isabelle Cabre-Hamache was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999. After several years with international law firms (Gravel, Otto & Associés and Richards Bulter, now known as Reed Smith) and in-house, she became a Partner and co-founder of Logelbach Associés.

Isabelle was trained in Business Law and has significant experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, coordinating all the legal aspects of these operations. She provides legal advice to entrepreneurs in their new ventures, companies of every size, banks and asset management companies. Her cross-disciplinary knowledge covers Company Law, Business Law and Intellectual Property Law, both in counsel and litigation.

Her three years spent as in-house General Counsel in charge of business developments allowed her to acquire an operational and pragmatic perspective on cases which she now puts at the service of companies and business leaders.

Isabelle has marked skills in audits and due diligence processes in acquisition and disposition of businesses, as well as in the drafting of legal documentation for operations of private equity and co-investment (guarantees regarding assets and liabilities, shareholders’ agreements, the issuance of compound securities, etc.)

Finally, she has developed a rich expertise in collective fundraising through advising crowdfunding platforms and participating in a working group on the reform of the Monetary and Financial Code.
